LL Purple

This new interpretation of a classical Antiqua is original in its intention. NORM (Zürich) and Aurèle Sack were not interested in capturing the true spirit of the original drawing. On the contrary they were fascinated by the 7 point size version shown in a letterpress specimen book, with all its shortcomings and interference through the printing process. By finding a way to translate the compromised shapes into a new, systematic design, they created an entirely new, modern version of an old classic.

The font comes in four styles: Regular, Italic, Small Caps, and Italic Small Caps. All four styles include extras such as ligatures and alternate characters.
